(1) Vendor needs to provide mailroom equipment, accessories, supplies and maintenance services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ.A. Postage metering equipment:1. Although new postage metering equipment may be purchased under this Contract, Using Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Participants will still be required to pay for the rental of the postage meters. Only new, state–of–the–art digital equipment meeting the latest US Postal Service regulations will be accepted. B. Accessories for mailroom or mailing equipment; C. Electronic scales;D. Mail inserting & sealing equipment;E. Mail addressing equipment;F. Folding equipment(2) An optional pre–quote conference had been due on August 31, 2026.
