(1) Vendor needs to provide web based, transportation routing and planning hosted solution.• Provide a web based, transportation routing and planning hosted solution, including, but not limited to a GPS system.• Manage routing and planning systems and administrative functions in a seamless and consolidated manner.• Aggregate data management for routing and planning processing. Reduce batch updates and errors.• Streamline training on core functionality.• System must be functional for the creation and maintenance of in–zone routing, specialized routing, vocational routing, and other types of specialty routing such as out–of–district and multiple drop offs.• Curb to Curb Routing – Ability to verify, plan and execute routing using addresses from the StudentInformation System and / corresponding submodule.• Field Trips / Extracurricular Transportation Routing – Ability to plan and execute routes based on approval workflows and schedule dates.• SIS Integration – Provide direct connection with PowerSchool SIS and GPS system for data transfersbetween systems, based on custom field mappings and admin user data verifications.• Communication – Provide transportation information and communication solutions for parents.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
