(1) Vendor needs to provide food cafeteria management service to the government authority located in Framingham, MA.1. To provide three meals per day during recruit training, as well as a night–time snack.2. To provide two meals (breakfast and lunch) during all other periods.3. Provide meals for recruits at off–site training locations. Example: bagged lunches, cookouts, etc.4. Manage and supervise the cafeteria operations, in a manner to bring to the agency an efficient and appetizing food service.5. Plan and implement imaginative menus.6. Provide complete training and supervision for all food service employees in order to promote good work habits and efficiency.7. Achieve and maintain the highest possible sanitary conditions in all phases of the operation and in accordance with all state and agency regulations.8. Provide meals that the agency and the Law Enforcement Community will truly enjoy by creating a complete dining experience accented by fresh, preservative free, superior quality foods.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
