(1) Vendor needs to provide community outreach services. – Provide community outreach as part of the reconnecting community’s project. – Community outreach is a vital component of the project to ensure that the design adequately reflects the needs and preferences of the surrounding community. – Enhancing the pedestrian experience and expanding transportation options for residents.– Provide technical, strategic, and critical advice regarding the design and operation of the project.– Develop a community participation plan that facilitates collaboration and partnerships between key stakeholders and community members through culturally appropriate and innovative practices.– Administer a mini–grant process to fund community–based organizations, community development corporations, and other organized groups to conduct on–the–ground, multi–lingual, and accessible outreach activities.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 8, 2026.
