(1) Vendor needs to provide employees criminal justice counselor service to the government authority located in Greeley, CO. – Provide comprehensive psychological and behavioral health services for criminal justice professionals and families.– Support wellness, resilience, early intervention, crisis response, and psychological readiness across multiple agencies.– Project includes providing counseling, clinical assessments, crisis intervention, return to duty evaluations, and trauma informed treatment.– Oversee and train peer support teams, deliver proactive wellness programming, conduct annual wellness check ins, and develop ongoing training for new hires, supervisors, and specialty units.– Critical component of the project is rapid response to critical incidents, offering on scene and follow up support outside standard hours.– maintain a strong onsite presence, collaborate with human resources and leadership on wellness initiatives, and provide regular de identified reporting and program evaluation metrics.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.
