HR-9282 - USA (Florida) - Compensation, Classification and Benefits Survey Consultant Service - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation, classification and benefits survey consultant service to the government authority located in Florida. – Review documents including policies and procedures, bargaining agreements, staff reports, organizational charts, current pay plans, and other agency records or reports, as necessary.– Review all current classification specifications and make recommendations for revised format including knowledge, skill, ability, education and experience relevance and hierarchical consistency, conformity with language relative to essential job functions (including physical requirements); position definitions, distinguishing characteristics, supervision received and exercised, position duties; special requirements including licensing and certification requirements and any other generally acceptable information.– Conduct a comprehensive survey of public sector and private labor market comparables designed to include salary ranges, actual salaries, and information to ensure the agency compensation is equitable and competitive in its total compensation package relative to internal factors and external markets for substantially similar classifications.– Conduct a comparison of benefits to include medical, dental, vison, telecommuting or remote work, flexible schedule (while maintaining a five–day operational schedule), agency funded wellness programs, Executive compensation packages, merit pay, bonus pay, incentive pay, retainment pay, hiring bonus, tuition reimbursement, paid time off to include, sick, vacation, holidays, bereavement leave, parental leave, bonus leave, childcare subsidy or discounted program, etc.– Conduct a job–task analysis or job audit of all positions to verify and validate information from existing job descriptions.– Develop externally competitive and internally equitable salary recommendations for each job class included in the study.
