ESTATE-12402 - USA (Terre Haute, Indiana) - Property and Casualty Insurance Broker Services - Deadline December 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property and casualty insurance broker services to the government authority located in Terre Haute, IN. – Market the agency's full P&C insurance program (property, equipment breakdown, inland marine, general liability, law enforcement liability, public officials E&O, employment practices liability, automobile, crime, cyber, umbrella/excess, storage tank, and drone liability) to admitted and, where appropriate, non–admitted carriers capable of handling a program of this size and complexity.– Provide a coverage gap and adequacy analysis at least once during the initial contract term, benchmarking the agency's program against comparable Indiana municipalities – Maintain and annually update the agency's statement of values (property, vehicle, and mobile equipment schedules) in coordination with agency departments. – Issue and manage certificates of insurance, evidence of property insurance and additional insuredendorsements as requested by agency departments.– Provide claims advocacy services, including assistance with claim reporting, reserve review, and dispute resolution with carriers, and provide periodic claims/loss–run reporting to the agency.– Provide risk management and loss control consulting, including recommendations for reducing the agency's total cost of risk.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
