Intent to Sole Source: This sole source determination is a result of the policy of Conference Carolinas of which the University is a member. In the sport of Baseball, Softball, Men and Women’s Basketball, Soccer, and Volleyball, Conference Carolinas selects an organization to provide officials for all University matches, and then Conference Carolinas makes remuneration to the officiating organization. By Conference Carolinas policy, the University must use the company assigned.
