(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental professional services to the government authority located in Concord, NH. – Provide comprehensive environmental contracting services to implement the agency's FY2025 Cleanup Grant at the Concord Stables Site.– Provide overall project management including quality assurance/quality control procedures, schedule and risk management, and coordination of all project activities.– Task 2 – Community Engagement– Task 3 – Cleanup Planning– Task 4 – Cleanup Activities and Reporting(2) A mandatory pre–proposal Conference will be held on August 19, 2026.
