DRA-11354 - USA (Jersey Village, Texas) - Grant Administration, Project Management and Benefit-Cost Analysis Services - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide grant administration, project management and benefit–cost analysis services to the government authority located in Jersey Village, TX. – Project scoping grant will fund data collection, field surveying, hydrologic and hydraulic Modeling, project identification, and a benefit–cost analysis on proposed drainage improvement projects.– General grant administration:– Report to local officials on the grant process and the progress of the scoping project.– Prepare required reports to the agency and, including all quarterly progress reports.– Prepare all reports and forms required for grant closeout.– General project management:– Monitor the engineering firm’s progress against the project schedule and grant deliverable requirements.– Manage the grant budget to ensure all work is completed within available Federal funding.– Benefit–cost analysis:– Coordinate with the engineering firm to obtain all data required for, including finished floor elevations, Modeling outputs, and project cost estimates.– Ancillary services:– Ancillary services that may be necessary to satisfactorily complete the above–listed scope of work categories include: ongoing document preparation, ongoing coordination of grant and local match funds, creation and submittal of grant payment requests to state agency, technical assistance and advice, coordination and liaison services, assistance with project modifications and amendments, and real property acquisition assistance and advice.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
