(1) Vendor needs to provide media monitoring service.– Online searchable news coverage monitoring database and archive. – Daily reports from keywords in statewide, national and international media stories. – Customer Service availability including live chat, email, and telephone support during business hours, a named account manager, onboarding and training for all user seats, and defined response times for urgent requests – Real–time, configurable email and mobile alerts for high–priority keywords, with the ability to set thresholds that flag spikes in coverage volume or negative sentiment – Platform availability (uptime) of at least ninety–nine percent (99%), measured monthly, with advance notice of scheduled maintenance – Broadcast monitoring with audio and video clip retrieval and transcripts where available. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
