Vendor needs to provide turnkey shooting competition event services.– The Contractor shall organize, administer, manage, and execute firearm competition events that support training, readiness, and professional development.– The Contractor shall perform all activities required from event planning through final reporting, including site coordination, range readiness, registration, setup, safety operations, scoring, judging, medical coordination, teardown, clean–up, and closeout.– Turnkey Competition Event Planning and Execution: – – Event location shall include, at a minimum, the ability to accommodate a range stage design offering shooting distances from three (3) to two hundred (200) yards.– Event shall include the following options: minimum eight (8) stages, single and multi–gun competitions, utilizing dynamic stage design with static and reactive steel and paper targets, including but not limited to moving, spinning, and swinging targets.– Establish fair, consistent, and transparent competition administration procedures.– Identify emergency response procedures, emergency access points, evacuation routes, and emergency communication protocols.
