Description

The work at Santa Fe Hills Water System Renovation will consist of the termination of the existing water main connection, abandonment of the existing water system, and construction of a new potable water distribution system with service connections to all lots served by the existing water system with an added connection of the new water services to home water supplies. Work will also include restoration and sodding of disturbed areas, replacement of pavement and sidewalk, and repairs of residents’ landscaping and hardscaping impacted by water main installation. This project has been funded with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, specifically the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF), in the amount of $1,100,000.00.
