TRANSPORT-12032 - USA (Deming, New Mexico) - Student Transportation Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide student transportation services to the government authority located in Deming, NM.– Qualified school transportation contractors to provide safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant student transportation services.– Operational capacity, fleet, and maintenance:– Each Offeror shall demonstrate its maximum sustainable operational capacity and its ability to fully implement and perform the routes and services for which it proposes.– Offeror shall identify the number and types of routes and services it can reliably support and demonstrate its ability to have all necessary resources in place by the contract commencement date.– Available or committed buses in the appropriate number, type, and configuration.– Sufficient spare vehicles to maintain uninterrupted service during breakdowns, inspections, maintenance, repairs, or other out–of–service conditions.– Management and support personnel:– Offeror shall hire, train, supervise, and retain all personnel necessary to perform its awarded services, including qualified dispatch, maintenance, training, and supervisory personnel.– Technology, communications, cameras and district access:– Offeror shall provide, maintain, license, support, and replace as necessary all technology and communication systems required to perform its awarded transportation services.– Routing and transportation–management software.– GPS hardware, software, and service.– Two–way radios and radio service.– Software licenses and subscriptions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
