(1) Vendor needs to provide street team ambassador services.– Provide a full range of street team ambassador services for community outreach events.– Establish and manage the staffing, training, communication, and logistics required to deliver a reliable and effective street team for agency events.– Services shall be culturally responsive, aligned with approved messaging, and scaled to the scope of each event.– Provide end–to–end onsite support for community–facing events that embody agency mission and brand.– Includes managing all logistics, staffing events with trained multilingual brand ambassadors, transporting and assembling branded booths and materials, and delivering an engaging and educational experience for attendees with the support of agency staff– Collect, analyze, and present key metrics from events and campaigns, including public engagement, ambassador observations, feedback, and overall outreach effectiveness.(2) All questions had been submitted on September 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
