(1) Vendor needs to provide digital forensic workstation services to the government authority located in Cedar Rapids, IA.– System must be purpose–built, fully assembled, and validated to handle massive data throughput, persistent multi–threaded indexing, and cryptographic or machine–learning workloads typical of enterprise digital forensic software suites.– Processor (CPU): AMD Ryzen Threadripper 9980X (64–Core / 128–Thread, Base clock 3.2GHz, Boost up to 5.4GHz) or absolute functional equivalent.– Operating System Drive: Minimum 2TB PCIe Gen 5.0 x4 NVMe M.2 Solid State Drive (SSD).– Forensic Database (DB) Drive: Minimum 2TB PCIe Gen 5.0 x4 NVMe M.2 Solid State Drive (SSD) dedicated to localized software databases.– Graphics Processing Unit (GPU): NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 with minimum 16GB GDDR7 VRAM. The GPU must support and AI acceleration frameworks for integrated digital forensic analytics, password decryption, and video rendering workloads.– Operating System: Windows 11 Professional 64–bit pre–installed, cleanly configured without proprietary bloatware.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17,2026.
