Vendor needs to provide exhibition services to the government authority located in Virginia Beach, VA.– Provide complete convention services for the Supplier Connect Expo component of Forum2026.– Conduct pre–event coordination with agency and other authorized service providers.– Furnish, deliver, install, maintain, dismantle, and remove all pipe and drape systems.– Provide full drayage and material handling services, including advanced receiving, storage, delivery to booths, empty container handling, return of empty containers, and outbound freight staging.– Maintain a staffed on–site service desk and a decision–capable on–site supervisor during load–in, exhibitor move–in, expo hours, and strike.– Produce and install uniform exhibitor ID signs using the exhibitor name and booth number list.– On–site support desk and event–day support.
