(1) Vendor needs to provide transit leadership institute training services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– The training envisioned is inclusive of use of formal individual assessment tools and in person group training with intersession activities spanning up to nine months in duration.– Understanding of their individual leadership strengths and organizational leadership capacities through assessment and personal profile.– Specific strategies applying to individual and organizational strengths and vulnerabilities.– Individual transit leadership skills through tailored coaching strategies that grow and enhance personal leadership traits, including leading teams and organizations.– Organizational strategic plan development through tailored coaching strategies and application of tools– A framework that includes individual assessments, tailored coaching content, 360 feedback, classroom content and intersessions, peer cohorts, industry trend analyses, transit policy, and results oriented leadership strategies.– Comprehensive evaluation of the course components must occur using qualitative surveys after each component of the course(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
