Description

The Contractor will be responsible to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform road and bridge sweeping services for the arterial/collector, subdivision streets and 5 Points facility listed in the solicitation. This includes removing sand, soil, paper, glass, vegetation and other debris from curb and gutter, valley gutter, bridge decks and curbs, intersections, turn lanes, gore areas, bi-directional lanes and all paved areas designated by the county. The work is expected to be performed primarily by mechanical means, but at times it may be necessary to manually remove debris too large for the sweeper. All work, reporting, disposal and documentation will be included in the unit price per curb mile.
