INSU-6723 - USA (Grand Rapids, Michigan) - Employee Benefits Brokerage and Consulting Services - Deadline February 2,2027

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits brokerage and consulting services to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI. – Services shall support the evaluation, procurement, renewal, management, and continuous improvement of the authority's employee benefits programs.– Provide independent advice and recommendations regarding employee benefits plan design, funding arrangements, coverage options, carrier selection, and cost–containment strategies.– Provide ongoing consulting and account management services, including regular meetings with designated Authority personnel, preparation of reports and presentations, and timely responses to questions and service issues.– Assist the Authority with employee benefits communications, benefit summaries, plan comparison materials, enrollment information, and educational resources as requested.– Provide other employee benefits brokerage, consulting, and related support services reasonably requested.– Provide employee benefit brokerage and consulting services for the marketing and placement. – Coverages that will need placement are:• Dental.• Life and disability.• Medical.• Pharmacy.• Spending accounts.• Vision. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
