(1) Vendor needs to provide conference room audio visual system to the government authority located in APO.– This project involves the removal of legacy audio–visual equipment and the installation, configuration, and commissioning of a modernized, high–performance AV and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) system for the 48th Operations Group (OG) Conference Room.– Security Requirement: These displays must not contain any wireless (Wi–Fi or Bluetooth) connectivity – The displays must be configured and daisy–chained to enable identical content to be presented seamlessly on both screens simultaneously. – Comprehensive system tuning, including display color/brightness calibration and audio equalization (gain, feedback suppression) to optimize performance for the specific room acoustics.
