STAFF-16282 - USA (Las Vegas, New Mexico) - Occupational Therapist Service - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational therapist service to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NM. – Conduct individualized and comprehensive occupational therapist evaluations according to the state and federal regulations, to determine student need for educational–based occupational therapist services as related service.– Design and implement occupational therapist services to eligible assigned students.– Participate in the development for eligible assigned students.– Provide direct and indirect occupational therapist services to eligible assigned students.– recommend equipment, tools strategies and techniques that will enable eligible assigned students to benefit form services.– Provide supports to school personnel and parents through teaching and the demonstration of therapy strategies and techniques, equipment and tools to be integrated and implemented into the student’s school routine.– Provide caseload information for data input, Medicaid documentation, progress reports, screening and evaluations reports within specified timeframes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
