(1) Vendor needs to provide CRM system developer services.1. Salesforce development and governance:– Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Salesforce instance and connected platforms, using nonprofit–specific objects, automations, lightning components, and declarative development.– Configure and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other solutions to ensure reliable, accurate data movement across the organization.– Ensure security and data privacy by incorporating secure coding practices, recommending improvements, and helping ensure solutions align with organizational and industry standards.– Actively participate in Agile and DevOps practices, including version control, sandbox management, release management, and the team’s work management process.2.
