CONS-23531 - USA (Corinth, Texas) - Equipment Storage Building Construction Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide equipment storage building construction services to the government authority located in Corinth, TX. – The construction of the Public Works Equipment Storage Building in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, general construction notes, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements.– The project also provides concrete flatwork, parking striping and stubbed out plumbing connection for a prefabricated office building not in this construction contract– The new building will provide security and weather protection for various heavy equipment used for water, wastewater, streets, drainage, and other public works operations.– Protect existing facilities, utilities, structures, vegetation, and adjacent improvements from damageduring construction.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
