Vendor needs to provide administrative and related grant services. – Consultants with a strong record in successfully assisting local governments with grant writing for and implementation of Community Housing Investment Programs.– To provide grant administration and related services including, but not limited to: Preparation of the Environmental Review Record; Assistance with Homeowner Selection Criteria; Assistance with Pre–Qualification of General Contractors; Coordination between the Housing Rehab Inspector; Coordination with the Lead Based Paint Inspector; Preparation of Project Pre–Set Up and Set–Up Documents; Preparation of draw/disbursement requests; Assistance with financial administration of grant funds and record keeping; Preparation of Rehab Bid Documents
