(1) Vendor needs to provide project management and owner’s representative services to the government authority located in Portland, CT. – A comprehensive renovation of the existing building down to the primary structural frame, with all architectural, structural infill, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety systems replaced in their entirety. – The HVAC system for the facility is assumed to be a VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system serving the entire building, including the renovated areas and the new addition.– Electrical service was included and the building will be considered Photovoltaic (PV) ready.– Prepared to support a conceptual construction cost estimate.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
