(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–employment physical examinations special needs testing service to the government authority located in Jersey, NJ. – Provide routine pre–employment medical physical examinations, conducted by a licensed review of – Medical history.– Height, weight, teeth, hearing, vision, blood pressure, pulse, heart, lungs, abdomen, hernia, upper/lower extremities and spine.– Breath alcohol screening.– Routine drug screening to include testing for amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines (valium, librium), cocaine, methadone, opiates, phencyclidine (pcp), methaqualone, THC (marijuana).(2) The contract period will be for one year.
