(1) Vendor needs to provide polygraph services to the government authority located in Orlando, FL.– Provide polygraph services for the purpose of verification of applicant background information for pre–employment consideration, current employee internal transfer and promotion and assistance in internal Professional Standards investigations.– Pre–employment: Potential new hires.– Post–Employment: Internal transfer or promotion into a position designated as “high risk” requiring a polygraph examination prior to acceptance.– Investigative: An administrative investigation may use a polygraph examination to verify an employee or non–employee contractor’s honesty in an investigative matter.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
