(1) Vendor needs to provide sports field preparation and striping service to the government authority located in Redlands, CA.• provide sports field preparation and striping as needed services for youth soccer, baseball, and football fields to ensure a ready, safe playing surface.• provide all labor, equipment, vehicles, materials, and supplies necessary to complete field preparation and striping services. Services include, but are not limited to:• Field Prep and Markingo Leveling and dragging of baseball/softball infieldso Compacting and leveling of batter’s boxes and pitcher’s moundso Painting of lines for football, soccer, and baseball outfields.o Chalking of infield lines, batter’s boxes, etc. for baseball/softball fields.• Requirements:o For regular field striping, fields must be striped and game–ready no less than four (4) hours before the first scheduled game of the day. If adjustments are needed to the regular schedule, the City will provide the bidder with at least one (1) week's notice.o With last–minute changes, cancellations, or emergency requests due to weather, tournament scheduling, or other operational needs, the City will provide the Bidder with at least 24 hours’ notice.o Services may be required on Saturdays and Sundays, depending upon scheduled games.(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
