TRAVEL-1790 - USA (Eugene, Oregon) - International Program Development and Travel Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide international program development and travel services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Eugene, OR. – Provide services for the development and travel coordination of agency’s international trips.– Expected services include itinerary development, coordination of business site visits, and logistical coordination.• Provide comprehensive international program itinerary development, travel coordination, and logistical support services for agency’s MBA graduate–level and sports product management programs.• Pre–trip support and guidance including meetings and trainings with faculty and staff and FAQ or handbook covering planning and logistical issues including pre–trip forms, each country’s entry requirements, and any advisory information related to local law and culture. • Visa processing support for international and domestic students as needed.• Ground transportation to and from all site visits and cultural activities, gratuity for drivers to be included in contract pricing.• Arrange for meals to be provided during all programs including include breakfast at the hotel every morning and, upon agency’s request, one welcome dinner, one farewell dinner, and lunches.• Provide assistance in arranging meeting spaces and A/V needs for program activities.• Provide the services of at least one guide/translator during program activities, if students need to be split into smaller groups for site visits, then Proposer must be capable of providing a guide for each group.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
