(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive occupational health services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.– Provide the following occupational health services:• Pre–employment medical examinations• Functional capacity evaluations• Post–employment medical services• Fitness for duty medical evaluations• Fitness for duty pre/post–employment behavioral health evaluations• Pre–employment drug and alcohol testing• Random drug and alcohol testing• Reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing• Return–to–duty drug and alcohol testing• Post–accident drug and alcohol testing• Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) services – The selected vendor shall administer and manage the agency's drug and alcohol testing program.– Pre–Employment and Post–Employment Medical Examinations & Functional Capacity Evaluations.– Electronic Reporting and Record Management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
