SW-120147 - USA (New Jersey) - HRIS System Upgrade, Continued Maintenance and Support Services - Deadline October 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide HRIS system upgrade, continued maintenance and support services.– HRIS system utilized by the human resources and finance departments to run payroll and provide HR support for benefits, time and attendance, personnel actions and reporting.– Upgrades shall include any program updates released by the software provider during the maintenance term.– Have the option to keep the current payroll module.– Annual – Year End taxation and governmental software upgrades.– Software modifications due to changes mandated by law.– Easily downloadable software upgrades for all major and minor releases.– Downloadable tax compliance updates.– Downloadable system enhancements and updates.– Software fixes or patches and new versions of existing software or any other requirement to operate the system for the duration of the contract.– Response to normal and non–critical service calls shall be within two (2) hours after receipt.– Training on new system features (on–site/virtual).– Consulting services for custom requests including but not limited to reports, screen modifications, and calculations.– End–of–quarter support for all modules and reporting.– Shall provide year–end support for all modules and reporting.– Online support issue tracking access.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
