(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology managed services to the government authority located in El Dorado Hills, CA.– Maintain primary strategic ownership of the IT function through the information systems manager. – Provide access to facilities, systems, and documentation reasonably required for the proposer to perform the services.– Designate the information technology manager as the proposer's primary point of contact for service delivery.– Service desk and end–user support:– Help desk and Tier 1/2 end–user support during defined business hours, with after–hours response for defined severity levels.– Remote support and on–site response when remote resolution is not possible or appropriate.– Network and infrastructure operations:– Proactive monitoring, configuration, patching, and maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPN/remote access infrastructure.– Server and virtualization platform management — physical hosts, virtual machines, operating system patching, performance monitoring.– Microsoft 365 and productivity platform administration:– Administration of the District's Microsoft 365 tenant including identity, licensing, mail flow, security and compliance configuration, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.– Configuration and enforcement of multi–factor authentication on all administrative and standard user accounts.– Endpoint management:– Desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile device lifecycle support including imaging, provisioning, asset tagging, and decommissioning with documented data destruction.– Cybersecurity operations:– Managed endpoint detection and response (EDR) with 24×7 security operations centre monitoring.– Strategic, reporting, and governance:– Monthly service report including ticket volume, attainment, security events, patch status, backup verification, change log, and asset inventory.– Website:– While the district contracts with a dedicated website vendor for web platform and hosting services, the proposer may be required to provide the following website–related support services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
