(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.– Provide Janitorial Services for six (6) locations– All services shall be performed after regular working hours on regular business days. – Normal Business hours are 8:00 AM CST till 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28 and 29, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
