Vendor needs to provide special legal services to the government authority located in Hoboken, NJ.– Assist with any and all legal aspects associated with the public housing repositioning/redevelopment process including, negotiations and evaluation of agreements.– Provide legal opinions and/or recommendations that will enable HHA to achieve its program goals.– Provide consultation, legal advice, and opinions to agency, and other successive or available federal subsidy development programs, relocation of public housing residents, procurement, project financing, project development and management, with particular reference to applicable federal statutory, regulatory and policy requirements.
