(1) Vendor needs to provide VoIP Telephone System with call centre services. – The system must facilitate reliable, high–quality voice communication, integrate seamlessly with SD–WAN infrastructure, and support call centre functionalities such as call routing, queuing, monitoring, and recording.– Call centre features IVR, ACD, real–time dashboards, call recording, and CRM integration.– Call centre functionalities such as IVR, ACD, call routing, queuing, recording, and reporting.– Proven experience in deploying large–scale multi–site VoIP solutions, especially in public sector or municipal environments.– Integration with SD–WAN infrastructure for optimized traffic management and resilience.– Technical expertise in SD–WAN integration and network traffic management for VoIP.– Provision of VoIP hardware.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
