(1) Vendor needs to provide steam kettle and convection oven repairs service to the government authority located in Menard, IL.– Repair two (2) steam kettles and two (2) convection ovens at the Medium Security Unit (MSU) dietary kitchen– Steam Kettle #1 – Serial Number 463031699 – Repair and/or Replace all parts to get the kettle into working condition, including, but not limited to the following parts: Sensor– Temperature, Control Knob BP, Rotary Shaft Seal, Potentiometer 24 MN, Universal Control, Ignition Module– Kit , Cal Low Water Controller, Temperature Controller and Relay Switch– Steam Kettle #2 – Serial Number 463031287 – Repair and/or replace all parts to get the kettle into working condition, including, but not limited to the following parts: Temperature Sensor, Control Knob BP, Rotary Shaft Seal, Potentiometer 24 MN, Universal Control Board, Ignition Module Kit, Cal Low Water Controller, Temperature Controller and Relay Switch.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
