MRB-56001 - USA (Maine) - Resilience Communications Coordinator Services - Deadline August 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide resilience communications coordinator services.– Serve as resilience communications coordinator for a 16–month grant–funded project focused on emergency preparedness, communications, and climate resilience.– Act as project manager and lead implementation of all project tasks, including project management, outreach, community alert system deployment, and LEAP 2.0 programming.– Serve as primary project manager for Resilient Lisbon– Manage project timeline, budget, and deliverables– Ensure compliance with state and federal grant requirements– Complete all required reporting (quarterly and final)– Maintain documentation and communication with the State(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
