STAFF-16899 - USA (Wolfeboro, New Hampshire) - Professional Assessing Service - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional assessing service to the government authority located in Wolfeboro, NH.a) Review submitted exemption and credit applications, make documented recommendations to the Select Board for approval or denial of applications and provide official notification to applicants of decision.b) Land Use Change Tax (valuation and documentation) & Current Use (ongoing administration and file maintenance per Cub rules). This includes Current Use designation(s) amendments based on site visit annual audit process.c) Abatements: Review and research all properly filed taxpayer abatement request and make a written recommendation based on thorough research, to the Select Board for disposition of the request.e) Map Changes: Reassess and generate new values for new parcels created from subdivision which have occurred prior to April 1st of the tax year.f) Sales Ratio: Review and verify sales as required annually by the agency utilizing the online equalization portal for the Select Board by December 15th along with plans to resolve disproportionate assessments, if neededg) Pick–Ups: Normal routine assessment and measuring and listing updates resulting from changes whether it be from new construction or conversely if a diminution of value.(2) Contact period will be for five years.
