(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services to the government authority located in Fairhope, AL.– The Engineer will conduct all surveying, prepare all flood elevation certificates, delineate all wetlands, perform or cause the performance of geotechnical testing, locate all existing utilities, obtain all existing easement records, and perform any research.– The Engineer will serve as the primary point of coordination among all stakeholders, including property owners.– The engineer will inspect, consult, and advise during construction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 06, 2026.
