Vendor needs to provide mortuary livery services to the government authority located in New Brunswick, NJ. – Transfer the deceased from the place where the death occurred, or any location within agency. • Services shall be provided on a seven (7) day, twenty–four (24) hours per day basis, regardless of adverse conditions.• Provide 1 (one) primary and 1 (one) backup telephone number that are answered twenty–four (24) hours per day.• Calls from the Service or Answering Agency to the successful vendor shall be returned within fifteen (15) minutes of receipt.• Handle multiple concurrent calls.• In the case of a death occurring outside of a hospital or other medical facility, the entire transport team shall arrive on site within one (1) hour after notification of the service, except in extraordinary circumstances.• Immediate transport requests will be limited to suspected homicide cases, infant deaths, or cases requiring expeditious burial for religious purposes.
