Description
The City of Norfolk is looking for a vendor to provide an ambulance and two Emergency Medical Technicians (“EMT”) at the Military Circle Mall vaccination clinic in Norfolk, VA throughout the operation of the clinic. Currently the clinic is scheduled to operate until May 25, 2021, however, this date may be revised based on needs. The clinic will run 7 days a week. The Contractor will be compensated for each day of service at the daily service rate bid. The Contractor will be required to begin service as soon as possible after award of the contract. All qualified bidders are invited to respond to this Request for Quotes (“RFQ”) by submitting a quote consistent with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
