(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial cleaning and floor care services to the government authority located in Brighton, CO.– The Contractor shall furnish the following equipment necessary to perform the required janitorial services.• Vacuums• Cleaning ragsAdams County will provide the following:• Cleaning Solutions and spray bottles• Hand soap & hand sanitizers• Trash bags & liners• Mop heads, handles, and buckets• Dusters and duster cover• Brooms, dust pans, and dust mop and pads• Paper products – toilet paper, paper towels, feminine bags, & toilet seat covers(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 13, 2026.
