FOOD-10832 - USA (Cecil, Maryland) - Kitchen Cleaning Program and Food Sanitation Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide kitchen cleaning program and food sanitation services to the government authority located in Cecil, MD.– Provide a comprehensive safety/sanitation service system and related supplies to Kitchens. This service system includes once a month service calls and delivery of all cleaning products needed to maintain consistently superior sanitation in all foodservice areas.– Provide detailed training on safe working practices and the safe and effective use of cleaning chemicals and supplies that fully comply with agency regulations for all Food & Nutrition Department employees in all kitchens.– Provide measurable training on Safe Food Handling by trainers under the direction of a certified HACCP Trainer for all Food & Nutrition Department employees. – Provide a complete Foodservice Safety/Sanitation System to each kitchen. Training, on–site monitoring, just–in–time delivery of chemicals/cleaning supplies, and a standardized system of reporting are integral parts of the service required.– Annual and as–needed, on–site training with subsequent site monitoring on effective use and inventory control of chemicals and cleaning supplies.– Provide annual Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) review training for all management staff.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
