Meet in the Yerwood Community Center parking lot along Richmond Hill Avenue. A second Pre-Bid Meeting has been scheduled for June 9, 2026 at 3:00 PM. Bidders who attended the first Pre-Bid meeting do NOT need to attend the second. Project is funded in whole or in part with FEMA funds. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply. Project Manager: Juan Porro, Associate Engineer All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare (https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare. Bids are subject to Build America, Buy America Act and 2 C.F.R. 200.
