(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership training service to the government authority located in Pearl Harbor, HI. – Conduct leadership development training for 15 senior leaders and first–line supervisors that focus on Developing and Implementing Outward Leadership, an Outward Mindset Implementation series, and strategic working sessions.– The contractor shall deliver a two–day (2) virtual (public) session for 1 participant. Includes access to Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset (DIOM) digital workbook, Outward Mindset Online, published books Leadership and Self–Deception and the Outward Mindset (downloadable).– The contractor shall facilitate a one–day (1) onsite workshop for 15 participants.– The contractor shall deliver a total of twelve (12) Outward Mindset practical application virtual sessions, organized into two (2) distinct series of six (6) sessions at 45 minutes each.– The contractor shall deliver a total of three (3) one–day virtual Strategic Working sessions, for up to 15 participants, organized to be scheduled once a quarter following the initial one–day (1) onsite workshop.– Provide Digital Workbooks for 15 participants. Includes access to Outward Performance digital resources.– The contractor shall deliver a total of twelve (12) Outward Mindset practical application virtual sessions, organized into two (2) distinct series of six (6) sessions at 45 minutes each.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
