(1) Vendor needs to provide medical and pre–background services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Provide timely delivery of employment–related medical services on a regular basis including pre–employment physicals, return to work evaluations, drug and alcohol screening, environmental health assessments, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) related medical services.– Physical examinations and evaluations for employment are intended to provide an assessment that the referred applicant is fit for duty for a particular classification of employment.– Basic pre–employment medical examination.– General pre–employment medical examination.– Additional examination components.– Employment–related medical examinations.– Return to work medical evaluations.– Drug and alcohol screening.– Preventative OSHA–related medical examinations.– Asbestos medical examination.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
