(1) Vendor needs to provide public health expansion and renovation services to the government authority located in Douglasville, GA.– Project includes a 4,990 sf one story addition to a 12,000–sf existing building.– The project will have 2 phases: the first phase will include new construction work of the addition, with the second phase being interior renovation of the existing building.– Expansion of the current community and clinical health services requires a more efficient layout of space.– The design illustrated in the bridging documents creates a new wing for clinical health programs.– Much needed support spaces like a common reception area and multipurpose space have been added within the footprint of the existing building.– Restroom facilities are being added and renovated, bringing the facility into compliance with accessibility regulations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.
