(1) Vendor needs to provide parking lot reconstruction service to the government authority located in Bettendorf, IA.– The proposed improvements consist of reconstructing approximately 2,600 squareyards of an existing six–inch (6”) Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) parking lot withnew PCC curb and gutter and a 5” Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) surface on a drainablesubbase with sub–drains.– Temporary Traffic Control– Intake Protection– Filter Sock– Remove Intake– Remove Storm Sewer Pipe – Under 36“ Diameter(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026
