(1) Vendor needs to provide electric bike incentive program services to the government authority located in Brighton, CO.• Consultant to design, implement, and manage a two–tiered e–bike incentive program.• The Consultant and County staff shall review the program design workplan bi–monthly to ensure excellent applicant vendor experience and allow for updates to the Incentive Program.• Program alignment with state e–bike rebate programs• The program design approved by the county, including to voucher payment distribution via check or payment directly to the e–bike seller.• The County to establish, build, and manage an online accessible database and report template that should include to the following fields specific to e–bike incentives(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
